Terms of Service
The rules for using MarketingRobot: how plans and billing work, what the robot may do in your accounts and how to cancel.
1The service
These terms govern your use of MarketingRobot, an AI marketing platform available at marketingrobot.ai and provided by the administrator of the marketingrobot.ai service. Contact: [email protected]. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2Your account
You must be at least 18 and use the service for your business. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account, including approvals given by people you invite.
3Plans and payment
MarketingRobot is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance, by card with 3D Secure (Scale can also use invoice billing). Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD and do not include taxes where taxes apply.
Plan limits (robot tasks, SEO articles, brands, channels, seats) are counted as usage within each billing period. Deleting or rejecting a task does not restore it. Unused allowance does not carry over.
When you move to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing, the price difference for the rest of the period is charged right away and the new plan starts after payment. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
There is no free plan. The one-time planner on the home page is a preview and not a subscription.
4Ad spend
Ad spend is not part of your subscription. You pay advertising platforms directly through your own ad accounts and under their terms. We do not hold, route or take a percent of your ad spend.
5What the robot does
The robot acts in your connected accounts only within the autonomy level and guardrails you set: in Copilot it proposes and you approve, in Autopilot it acts inside your limits, in Full Robot it runs the plan inside your monthly cap and stop rules.
Every action is logged and most can be reversed. You can pause the robot at any time with the kill switch. You stay responsible for your budgets, your offers and the content published under your brand, and for following the rules of each advertising platform.
Results of marketing depend on many things outside our control. We do not promise specific traffic, leads or revenue.
6AI generated content
Plans, ads, pages, emails and posts are produced with AI models. Review them like the work of a new team member, especially in Copilot. You own the content created for your account and may use it freely, also after you cancel.
7Acceptable use
Do not use MarketingRobot for illegal products, misleading claims, spam, content that breaks advertising platform policies or to access accounts you are not allowed to manage. We may suspend robot actions that break these rules.
8Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then the robot stops. Campaigns, ads, pages and lists stay in your own accounts. You can export your data before you leave.
Payments for a started period are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
9Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Important changes are announced by email or in the dashboard before they apply. Questions: [email protected].
