Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the marketingrobot.ai service collects, why, who receives it and what your rights are.
1Who is responsible for your data
The administrator of your personal data is the administrator of the marketingrobot.ai service. For any question about your data or to use your rights, write to [email protected].
2What data we collect
Account data: your email address, password (stored as a hash), name if you give it, and the code we send to confirm your email.
Business data you enter: what you sell, your website, budget, goals, guardrails, brand voice notes and the plans the robot builds.
Data from connected accounts: when you connect an ad account, analytics, Search Console, CRM, email tool or social page, we read the data the robot needs for your tasks (campaigns, spend, conversions, search queries, contacts in segments you choose, published posts). Access tokens are encrypted.
Billing data: plan, billing period and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and log entries needed to keep the service secure and working. The one-time planner on the home page stores a shortened hash of your IP address to limit use.
3Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: build your marketing plan, run robot tasks inside your guardrails, show the activity log and send reports (contract).
To bill your subscription and keep invoices (contract and legal obligation).
To protect the service against abuse and keep it secure (legitimate interest).
To send service emails such as sign-in codes, approval requests and weekly reports. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
4AI processing
MarketingRobot uses AI models to analyze your accounts, write plans, ads, pages and emails and suggest budget changes. Your data is sent to an AI model provider only for your own tasks, under terms that do not allow it to be used to train public models. Robot actions follow the autonomy level and guardrails you set, and you can review, approve or reverse them.
5Who receives your data
We share data only with processors that help us run the service, bound by data processing agreements: a hosting provider, a payment processor, an email delivery provider and an AI model provider.
Connected platforms (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, your CRM or email tool) receive the changes the robot makes on your behalf, under their own terms.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
6International transfers
Some processors may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
7How long we keep it
Account and business data: while your account is active and up to 30 days after you delete it.
Connection tokens: until you disconnect the channel or delete your account, then deleted at once.
Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
Security logs: up to 12 months.
8Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Most of this is available in your account settings; for the rest, write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9Cookies
We use only essential cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security token for forms and your saved preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
10Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell signed-in users by email or in the dashboard before the change applies.
