Scoped access per channel
You connect each channel on its own and choose read only or read and write. The robot gets only the permissions that channel needs, and nothing else in your accounts.
Encrypted tokens
Access tokens for your ad, analytics, CRM and email accounts are encrypted at rest and never shown in the dashboard, in exports or in logs.
Disconnect in one click
Removing a connection deletes its token at once. You can also revoke access from the ad network or tool itself at any time.

Guardrails before actions
Hard monthly cap, daily spend limit, maximum budget shift per day, allowed channels and blocked brand words are checked before every action, not after.
Every action logged and reversible
Each robot action is written to the activity log with its time, reason and expected effect. Most actions can be reverted from the same screen.
Kill switch
Pause the robot for one brand or for your whole account from any screen. Live campaigns stay as they are while you look.

Roles
On Pro and Scale, each person gets an owner, approver or viewer role per brand. Viewers cannot approve or change anything.
SSO on Scale
Scale accounts sign in through their own identity provider with SAML, so leaving staff lose access in one place.
Audit log
Scale keeps an audit log of sign ins, guardrail changes, approvals and connection changes for your records.
Payments and data
3D Secure checkout
Every card payment goes through 3D Secure. We never see or store full card numbers.
Your ad money stays yours
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad networks. We never hold, route or mark up your ad budget.
Export and deletion
Export plans, the action log and reports at any time. Deleting your account removes your data and connections.
AI processing
Plans, copy and analysis are produced with AI models from an AI model provider. Your data is sent only for your own tasks and is not used to train public models.
